Greater Things – Good and Faithful, pt.4
Jesus is the name above all names! Jesus is greater than death, sin, sickness…greater than all.
Philippians 2:9-11 (NIV)
9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, 10that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Even though He is the greatest, He gave us the example of a servant
Greater Things – Small Things, pt.3
Zechariah 4:10 (Amplified Bible)
10Who [with reason] despises the day of small things?
When we despise something we regard it lightly. We take no notice of it and count it as nothing. We do not take care of it. If we don’t take care of what God gives us, we lose it.
Greater Things – Fight For It, pt.2
Maybe you are in a season of life where it is hard for you to be optimistic. Maybe a marriage has failed, a relationship ended, maybe finances seem to be getting tighter and tighter, well let me encourage you.
If you are a follower of Christ, if you put your trust in God, your best days are ahead of you not behind you. You were created to be the victor not the victim. God loves you and when He looks at you He sees a champion. He sees potential in you for greater things.
Greater Things – Great Expectancy, pt.1
We should never lower our expectations for life. Our God is great and we should have a great expectancy for what is going to happen.
He sees potential in you to do greater things.

Margin – Room For God, 08/01/10
Everything in life is clamoring for your attention. Work, kids, school, friends, family…when we should be sitting at Jesus’ feet listening, we are distracted by all the busyness of life. We have no spiritual margin, we have no room in our lives for God.
Our attitudes should be like John the Baptist’s
John 3:30 (Amplified Bible)
He must increase, but I must decrease. [He must grow more prominent; I must grow less so.]
